Hotel Miramare is a hotel in Silvi Marina on the beach with private beach, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Our 3-star hotel directly on the sea in Silvi Marina (Teramo) is located within the "Torre del Cerrano" Marine Protected Area, the first established in Abruzzo.

We boast an enviable position in the relaxing and enchanting territory of Silvi Marina on the Adriatic Coast, as we have private beach access and are only 300 meters away from the town centre. Located directly on the seaside, we are the right choice for many families with children, who can move around safely without the fear of roads or pedestrian crossings to reach the beach.

Hotel Miramare overlooks the beach with 57 rooms on four floors. All rooms have a balcony with partial sea or street views, and only nine have a front sea view balcony, ideal for relaxing to the gentle sound of the waves and enjoying picturesque fiery sunsets.

The Exterior:

Outside the Hotel Miramare you can find A large relaxation area furnished with tables and chairs, providing guests with a comfortable space to unwind throughout the day. This area is occasionally utilized as a venue for birthdays or local festivities.

The Interior:

Once inside the hotel, guests are greeted by the reception desk situated in the centre of the lobby. Our reception operates 24/7 and is always available to assist guests with any needs, provide information about the area, or offer recommendations on things to do and see in Silvi Marina during their stay.

Next to the reception, there is a bar area that is open 24 hours a day, serving both hotel guests and external visitors.

The lobby area also features another relax area with a television, elevator, and stairs leading to the rooms. Additionally, there is a notice board providing information about events, local services, and tourist guides in the area.

The restaurant hall of our seaside hotel in Silvi Marina consists of an indoor area with a capacity of 100 - 120 seats and an outdoor area with a capacity of 30 seats overlooking the pool.

Located at the rear of the hotel, directly on the beach, is the pool with areas of different depths, which transforms into a large fountain at closing time.

Nearby, there is a spacious garden with sun loungers and umbrellas for those who prefer the pool to the beach.

The gardens, being very spacious, also serve as the ideal location for ceremonies such as weddings, birthdays, and communions. The most popular area is the garden overlooking the sea, where we find the jacuzzi pool, open from morning until late afternoon, which also transforms into a beautiful fountain in the evening.

Finally, we have the entrance to the hotel's private beach, with four rows of umbrellas and a children's play area.
